　　Tianyu Metal Heavy-duty Steel Structure (Jinzhou) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between China and Singapore. Under the caring and support of Jinzhou leaders at various levels, Singapore EPOCH METAL PTE LTD, Jinzhou Jian’an Steel Structure Co., Ltd. and Jinzhou Dagong Investment Management Co., Ltd. made join investment and established Tianyu Metal Heavy-duty Steel Structure (Jinzhou) Co., Ltd. Currently, the enterprise qualification is Level II professional contracting qualification of steel structure project; the business scope includes the fabrication and installation of steel structure; fabrication and installation of colored plate; fabrication and installation of heat conservation materials and rock cotton plates; leasing of house and land.

　　The predecessor of Jinzhou Jian’an Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is the installation office of Jinzhou Jian’an Co., Ltd. with a history of 60 years; in the development of several dozen years, it is the leading enterprise within Jinzhou industries. It has undertaken a huge amount of provincial and municipal key projects, smoothly fulfilled foreign projects in Russia and North Korea, won the recognition of owners and related departments and thus cultivated a huge amount of professional talents for Jinzhou City.

　　Since its joint investment and establishment of Tianyu Metal Heavy-duty Steel Structure (Jinzhou) Co., Ltd. with Singapore EPOCH METAL PTE LTD, it has taken advantage of Singapore fund and management concept and made further development. Currently, the new workshop occupies a land area of nearly 40,000 m2 and production workshop of 20,000 m2; it is possessed of more than 50 medium-level and senior technicians. It has established ten (10) steel structure installation teams with more than 500 employees in total; they are mainly responsible for constructing large-scale steel structure houses and designing and constructing the industrial structures; they can realize an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of steel structure and 400,000m2 of sandwich composite plates. It is honored the title of “advanced construction enterprise” by Jinzhou Municipal Government during “11th—Five—Year—Plan”.
